                     The National Educational Technology Plan: Transforming American Education: Learning Powered by Technology describes the technology’s objectives nation wide that we will expect have for all students in schools. This consists of the series of five elements: learning, assessment, teaching, infrastructure and productivity. The first one, learning, provide the focus on meaningful actual events in life experiences through technology according with specific learning style that most fit the student. Science will be a subjet that embraces realistic and real hands on activities. Assessments will be delivered in a way that are meaningful and scores will reflect strengths, weakness and creativity in knowledge and learning. The main objective of teaching is promoting the foundation for make real connections. The goal of technology at the educator level is have access to professional learning communities and embrace communication and share the best experiences and practices that prove success in their classrooms. Other advantage is online professional development that will reflect later in effectiveness in classrooms. Purpose of infrastructure is having the necessary resources and capabilities for educators, students and educational service centers. The access is most of the time available if you have the needed structure. Infrastructure is responsible of security and accessibility from a variety of sources. The last one, productivity is in charge of the correct use of technology balancing efforts and time versus costs. This is almost very obvious and one of the most important issue in the actual economic situation for the educational area. The plan points to achieve the objectives of the five essential elements.
                     One of the biggest concerns is the accessibility to the internet for all students in the school and home as well.
